Pestisorii astia mici se gasesc de cumparat varsate, vinzatorul are niste cutii mari de tabla cu pestisorii conservati sub sare, 200 de gr = 7 €, cu multa rabdarica se curata de sare si de spina dorsala sub jet de apa, se pun intr-o cutiuta si se acopera cu ulei, se pastreaza in felul asta la frigider mult si bine si se pot folosi la multe retete.

Sosul verde se obtine amestecind ulei extravirgin de masline cu patrunjel si usturoi. Se pastreaza la frigider citeva zile bune.
