Ma pregatesc de vacanta.Adica incep sa golesc dulapurile.Am faini, fructe uscate, alune, migdale, numai pungi si pungute.

Capsuni-facultativ.

 

Separati albusuri de galbenusuri.Albusurile le mixati spuma cu un praf de sare.

Galbenusurile le amestecam bine cu zaharul.
