De data asta fara retete, desi suntem pe un forum culinar. Dar tocmai pentru ca suntem pe un forum culinar cred ca filmuletele astea despre nutritie se incadreaza foarte bine in tema forumului.

 

Din pacate, pentru cine nu vorbeste engleza, filmuletele sunt in limba engleza si prezinta importanta echilibrului intre acid si alcalin. Si veti afla lucruri surprinzatoare la care nu v-ati gandit pana acum sau pe care le stiati taman pe dos sau pe care, de ce nu, le stiati deja (unele).
