Eu zic ca, doua linguri generoase de creme fraîche sau o smîntîna groasa olecuta acrisoara + mustar, un strop de ulei de masline(asa de aromatizarea "maionezei" fara oua... sare, piper, usturoaie and co dupa gust si sigur e buna si asa :P

Sau freci un galbenusul fiert cu un strop de ulei si mustar, amesteci creme fraîche s.a.m.d.
