Am descoperit salcami si in Australia - ii caut de 8-9 ani :D . Si cum acum sunt in plina floare mi-am amintit de copilarie.

O reteta mai usoara nici ca se poate :rolleyes:.

Florile trecute prin aluat se prajesc in ulei ( nu le rascoaceti ca mine! ;) )

Pentru mine ele au gustul copilariei "dulce si parfumat".

 

Florile care se scutura se amesteca in aluat de clatite si se fac sub forma de clatita. Se servesc cu miere de salcam :headbang:
