Vinete împanate cu usturoi

Nu prea, dar poti în schimb sa faci vinete coapte gratinate, cu cascaval.
Le cujreti, nu le bati, ungi o forma cu ulei de masline, întinzi vinetele bine scurse, înfigi aschii de usturoi, stropesti iar cu ulei, acoperi cu felii de cascaval sau mozarella, dai la cuptor pîna se rumenesc, game over.
Daca vrei poti sa adaugi si un strat de bulion de rosii amestecat cu patrunjel tocat, dar nu e musai.
