Pentru acest pateu avem nevoie de:

-200 grame de pui fiert(fara piele)

-patrunjel verde,sau marar,sau alte verdeturi

-1 lingura de capere

-2 filete de ansoa

-1 catel de usturoi(facultativ)

-cateva migdale

-50-100 ml. de supa de pui calduta

-2 linguri de suc de lamaie

-sare,piper

 

Se pun toate ingredientele in robot,mai putin supa care se pune treptat in functie de cremozitatea dorita a produsului final.

Se serveste pe felii de paine.Eu am facut paine integrala.
